Enhanced visibility into Supply Base Performance
ProEvaluate has been designed to offer enhanced evaluation features to enable Lead Procurers to control and monitor the evaluation process. Each section can be controlled by a Section Manager and comes with multiple score cards, which on completion can be summarised to give a mean score.
The Section Manager is empowered to gain consensus and overrise the mean score ensuring that the evaluation fairly represents the section team's view.
Once completed the score cards can be further evaluated by the Lead procurer and supplementary consensus gained. The Lead Procurer will have the benefit of a 'dashboard' to monitor progress of each section or team in the evaluation process ensuring control is maintained at a central point.
